In Outlook on the web and Outlook.com, you can choose which keyboard shortcuts you want to use: Outlook.com, Yahoo Mail, Gmail, or Outlook.
To see a full list of keyboard shortcuts that are available in the version you choose, press Shift+Question mark (?) on your keyboard.
